Terms and Conditions

1. Daya sagar Home Care Services will charge One-time registration fee. This is a non-refundable deposit.

 

2. If there are any unpredicted conditions or uncertainties involved with the parent's conditions, post-registration, the deposit amount will not be returned/refunded.

 

3. Home nursing staff will have 2 days of earned/paid leave every month. If the nursing staff does not avail this leave, they need to be paid for the same on prorate basis. No replacement attendants will be given on these monthly holidays.

 

4. If the Home nursing staff must take leave from providing service for any personal emergencies, then Daya Sagar Home Care will provide suitable replacement staff to attend to the patient.

 

5. If the Home nursing staff is facing any uncomfortable situation at the patient's Residence and in Daya Sagar Home Care receives such repeated complaints, the Nursing services will be withdrawn.

 

6. Home nursing staff are provided to attend to the patients support and care only. Food and shelter to be provided at the patients' residence. They are not expected to do any additional household duties or work for the family.

 

7. Any additional household work that the nursing staff was to provide, should be done with prior consent of the nursing staff only. Daya Sagar Home Care will not be involved or interfere in any of these additional duties.

 

8. While Daya Sagar Home Care does background check and collect personal identification of all nursing staffs, we would request the patients family to take care and security of any / all valuables and belongings at their residence. Daya Sagar Home care will not be responsible for any / all loss of belongings at their residence.

 

9. Parent's family should refrain from sharing important information of money transactions, ATM password or online banking passwords with the nursing staff, Daya Sagar Home Care will not be responsible for any misuse of such information.

 

10. For any reason, if the families choose to discontinue Nursing services from DSHC and yet continue to take services from the same staff (without any consent of Daya Sagar Home  Care we are not responsible for any unforeseen situations.

 

11. Daya Sagar Home Care provides Nursing staff and will only be responsible for the performance of the staff towards patient's care and well being.
